I first picked up a camera in 2010 which I had bought to go out to South Africa on a charity trip and it totally changed my life and my career. I have over the years covered all genres  of photography from, studio, cars, property, weddings, landscapes and many more whilst I found what I enjoyed most, which is working with animals. So my work is mainly focused around wildlife photography which I am passionate about both in the UK and on location plus I also do horse and dog photoshoots when I'm not travelling. In addition I have been teaching photography for over 16 years from beginners to more advanced, both group workshops and private 121’s, details of these can be found under the Workshop button on the website. 

 

Photography for me is all about capturing moments and subjects in time, that will be there for posterity, whether it be photoshoots for clients or my locational work in the UK and abroad capturing wildlife for my fine art prints. I am passionate about ethical  photography 

and conservation and have worked on several conservation projects to document their work and bring awareness to the plight of certain species.

My wildlife work has been recognised by being a finalist in Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2024 and also an award for Nature Photographer of the Year 2024. Overall winner in the Penda Photography Awards and Overall winner in the Water Life category of the British Photography Awards 2025.
